   I should (but probably won’t) visit various USDA and US-HHS sites to get a current list of essential nutrients (vitamins, mineral, and so on) and amounts. It would be interesting, I think, to compare that with the vitamin + mineral supplement pills I’m taking.
   
   Unfortunately, a lot of packaged food products (frozen or canned vegetables ???? , for example) only list a few top nutrients.
