The stream is littered with deceased salmon who either already made the journey (who are swept downstream when they perish) or failed in the attempt.     Today's adventure was a # walk near # BridalVeilFalls , then down to Kagawong for some strolling and chocolate shopping. The salmon return to the pool under the falls to spawn and die.     We had a lovely time # hiking the "Cup and Saucer" trail today. 9.3km in just over 3 hours, with lots of scenic views on the way (especially on the cliff side of the trails).
