your SN doesn't offer the remote profile (pic: (1) (2)), which would make #blocking easier, because you would find out the #ID of that user in your SN's DB. e.g. for: yourdomain/main/block/3378 (3378 being the ID of that user). other choices you have: use a #client which supports #filtering, then you could filter out the nick.
