basically, I think Mexican contract law would apply, but maybe New York. The whole contract thing with the CFAA is a bit fuzzy at the moment. I wouldn't be concerned. -

the 5th Amendment only applies to criminal cases and even if the Mayfirst does have a TOS against lying, you are in Mexico, so CFAA doesn't apply (well, that's not a 100% true statement, but think it is in this case) -
