    @lnxwalt280 well, the "market" is essentially the pay up front system of insurance which is way different that auto-insurance. You don't buy a car with auto-insurance, you buy healthcare with medical insurance. There was a brief to SCOTUS on that issue.

    @lnxwalt280 people at the University of Chicago think anyone should be able to practice medicine. That's a fundamental shift from what we have now. I would agree that once you limit who can practice market can't really decide.

    @lnxwalt280 I assume it will be narrow whether to uphold or strike down, but who knows. Maybe they'll overrule Raich and not Wickard. Scalia's Raich concurrence is just bizarre so it will be interesting to see how he deals with that.

    @lnxwalt280 the best thing that could happen is that SCOTUS takes the opportunity to overrule Raich and Wickard, but I doubt that will happen.
