   my guess is "counterfeit" goods are probably going to be tried under the Unfair Business legislation or "Consumer Protection" - http://www.lexadin.nl/wlg/legis/nofr/oeur/lxwemis.htm - I feel like that's probably far enough down this rabbit hole. :)

    I don't know exactly what observer status means for TRIPS, but I think it is possible to not make the hitlist and not actually sign any international agreements.

    We have military arrangements with the Bahamas, but Bahamas are listed separately at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries%27_copyright_length -- My guess is it won't be long before RMI signs Berne
