   other than being able to lobby, I'm not sure what there is to gain from it. I'm just tossing it out there. I'm not wedded to the idea of a 501(c)(3). It does have its benefits. I do think some sort of incorporation is going to be necessary to take things to the next level

   no, I mean filing with the NLRB as a union. I know people can join unions from outside their sector, but I'm just wondering if it would make sense to have one sector-specific.

   What do people think about the idea of a trade association instead of a 501(c)(3)? No tax-deductible donations at that point, but also not as stringent regulations. TINLA

    @mv as you know, I have been thinking a lot about the next steps for Music Manumit and for netcasters more generally. You have not, that I can recall, brought up formal unionship during those discussions. Do u think that would be better than going to the fiscal sponsorship route?
