legally speaking, the "estate" is "person" though. They would still be considered unalienable (aka non-transferable). Of course, that's a US-centric view. "Continental" usually means "French" in this context, so I wouldn't be too caught up if Sverige isn't exactly "Continental" -

as far as I'm aware, there are no IP laws that apply to all countries. Not everyone has signed Berne. -

in countries with a true author's right system, no, they are not held by companies. The only example in the US system is in patent law where there must be a human listed on the patent. It cannot be a corporate entity. -

I think for the unassignable "moral rights" it makes sense to call them "creator's rights" or "author's rights" but the one's that are alienable certainly don't fit with the traditional notion of "rights" -
