    @inscius wickard & korematsu. Actually, I think korematsu may have been after FDR passed, but internment was started during FDR. Ironically, korematsu laid the foundation for Brown and all of the civil rights cases. However, the threat of martial law still technically lingers.

    @inscius when FDR stopped the practice of limiting oneself to two terms, at that point I could see comparisons. That was fixed by constitutional amendment...though plenty of people don't think we have recovered from FDR.
