@csolisr it's just as dishonest as inviting others to “come share freedom!” into their own trap -

@csolisr they're entitled to their views, but arguing for sth as a 1st step only while rejecting the 2nd is dishonest -
csolisr (csolisr)'s status on Tuesday, 02-Oct-2012 19:51:27 EDT csolisr
@lxoliva Fortunately, beginner users don't notice the software they're lacking - unless !LibreJS is involved. -

@lxoliva Good point. At least I try to use Trisquel as step 1, and if that happens to not work, a switch to Ubuntu or Mint. -

@csolisr the problem is not what they choose for themselves, it's that they *promote* taking only step 1 -

@lxoliva If they don't dare to take step 2 fully at first, they will NEVER take step 2. Move on in that case. -

@nadvm Being based on Ubuntu is I think a good thing, especially for newbies. I also prefer Trisquel's stance on !freesoftware to Debian's. -

@bobjonkman excellent distinction. However, if more people #Flattr 'd projects. bounties might be unnecessary. -

@rysiek: #Flattr is payment for work already completed; a bounty is an incentive for new work -

@bobjonkman Though I was thinking Kickstarter-ish, where many people donate, the more people want a bug fixed, the more it pays to fix it. -
