My #bank waives hole-in-the-wall cash withdrawal fees provided you make a certain amount of electronic transactions per month, and have your wages deposited into that account. I couldn't work out the logic behind this requirement until I looked at my statement and realised "Oh, feck. That's tremendously commercially useful data, isn't it?" You can have cash at face value, or you can have #privacy, but not both.
