I have been doing some chores at home to keep myself awake. Did the easy ones first. I cleaned up after the cats. I did laundry. I did dishes. I ordered dinner. Then I got to the taxing stuff. One of our wifi routers failed during firmware upgrade while I was away. That was restored after some trial and error. Then I turned to our server UPS. A replacement arrived while I was away. Indeed, the old one was TOAST. Disconnected from wall power for even a few seconds, and it stated it was in "overload" and shutdown. So, new UPS for the server! This should fix all the awful reliability problems I was having this summer. Next: watch some TV and prepare to wind down for sleep.
