Current Eth/DAO woes has surfaced some really really important and interesting questions wrt nature of money, consensus, and PoS/PoW.

Specifically, worries about what it means for PoS if large % of money supply controlled by, for lack of better word, bad actors

Also, what happens if you are unliked by the community of miners? Should your transactions be validated anyway?

Even if the money is known to come from 'sploits? What of drug deals, other shady stuff? What of trusted peoples shady doings?
