I did 1250km in May (vs ~1609 for July). I generally don't take days off, but 100km on Saturday and then on Sunday will not be particularly challenging in the abstract.
The only real issue is this: right now I am planning to do about 32km a day during the the weekdays.
Sustaining 32km/hour is certainly doable, but I wouldn't call it an easy ride.
Basically, I am trying to avoid taking two showers during the week. I could get up like 15 minutes earlier though. I'm sure the cats would be happy with that.
But the secondary issue is recovery between May and June. I have a schedule, but I think it might be a little light. I would rather under do it than over do it though.
