I read some stuff about the invasion of America and got curious. Found out about the diaries of Cortes and more specifically one of his soldiers, Bernal Diaz del Castillo. Tried to find the book with a web search but ended up seeing only results from Amazon, Barnes & Noble and various other online e-book shops.
Given that these are notes from the 16th century, hell no I'd give my money to some greedy post-invasion American company. So I remembered the #Gutenberg project and there the book I was looking for was, in two volumes:

Too bad web searches suck nowadays and I oftne have to manually remember which websites out there that don't suck and can fulfill my internet desires.
