@lnxw48 Out of a programmer's and security analyst's perspective I think it's pretty obvious that the car should save the passenger's life. Otherwise you will get security holes where you can just stage a situation where the car will choose to crash in order to kill someone.
Not to mention the amount of information required for the computer to even make such a choice, which is unreasonably much data about the current situation and surrounding environment even for sci-fi scenarios.
