You do know that if you were to open the door of the airplane, jump out and on the way down throw away your whistle, hitting the engine turbine, you could perhaps make a scratch that, if missed in the regularly scheduled inspections (as with all commercial airplanes), in the future could perhaps cause a malfunction that albeit unlikely to cause a crash probably will cause the pilot to break a sweat!
