@bob Haha yes, when I was friendly and supported people on Windows I had a much larger workload because of random malfunctions than with GNU/Linux based operating systems.
One great example is the place I work, where they had an old machine running Windows (no admin access even!) for _public use_ that had at least one serious problem every two weeks. Since I switched that to GNU/Linux the only issue has been that Canon sucks at driver support (so when they want to print something, so a virtual machine with the original Windows 7 license is installed on the machine for that purpose).
