I don't think we have a rate limiter that'd work for that yet, just a "no duplicates" limit.

PS. The site also fixes centralisation. It runs, obviously as you can see with my account, decentralised and federates with other providers. And is !foss. And tons more that would be impossible with commercial disservices like Twitter.
