@nerthos I kind of dont mind the idea of the latter at least?  As a psychologist, I understand that if people really want to get into deviant things like BDSM or anal or whatever, you're not going to stop them, so the best thing to do is to educate them how to experiment with these things without harm to themselves.  The problem is that the people actually doing these things either don't know what they're doing, as you said, or downplay the dangers of that kind of experimentation.
