@jessiscah It's frustrating, isn't it?  I don't know what to say than that, because while I'm not in the "trans" shoes so to speak, a lot of people I know complain about things I deal with very often myself, and yet they could easily make them go away.  I don't usually have that option because I don't have the money.

OTOH, I'm not really sure I'd trade the emotional support I've gotten from friends and been able to give to them myself just for that financial ease.  I guess that sounds idealistic, but money is something that comes and goes, friends are harder to find.

FWIW, I never mind listening.  I get frustrated that it's about all I can do, but it's something?
