@gameragodzilla @katiekats It's variable.  It's a little like Sunless Sea in that the actual good moments are quite good, but there is a lot of dead space in between them that drags down the pacing considerably.  A lot of people would argue that this time is used for exploration and they're not wrong, but the exploration aspect is kind of boring.  This isn't like Dark Souls where there's a deep and untold story mostly conveyed to us through environmental storytelling and the individual stories of side characters, its just a bunch of stuff that's kind of just ... there, unexplained.
