For everyone banging on about the Trump civil case whom obviously have no understanding of law, let me help you:

Civil case = civil liability
Criminal case = guilt

A civil case can never establish guilt for a crime, because it is not the forum for trying a crime.  It can only determine if you are liable for civil damages.  There are plenty of cases where a crime has been committed and the defendant found guilty where no civil liability could be found, and plenty of cases where the defendant has been found innocent of a crime and still found liable for damages.  A civil case does not prove even an iota of guilt.
