Non-commercial is a bit of a touchy issue, because it does restrict freedoms, but not in a way I find personally objectionable myself, and I know that there are many that feel the same.  Moreover, there are also free software advocates whom feel that charging for free software is morally-repugnant, so you should not be allowed to do so, which while I do not personally hold as a value myself, I can say I'm kind of sympathetic to.
