$EMPLOYER's internal training programs are pretty poor, so individual TechTeam members write training guides and distribute them to the people they've worked with (currently or in the past).

I've written several such guides myself, but I stopped writing mine because someone in # writes a consolidated guide ... I've occasionally sent him some information to be used in the next update, but I don't write a full guide for any task anymore.

I should dig up my old stuff and see which is still applicable, then send it to him.
