Yeah, I have to admit that the way that # are so widespread does cause a sense of unease. I suddenly started hearing people use the term # recently, and found out that these are people that believe that a big civil war is coming to the US soon.

The thought that someone steeped in these beliefs may act to bring about the changes they think are needed / coming ... or to prevent changes they believe are undesirable / being secretly pushed. I just don't want to think about what such people are capable of.
