Has anyone else noticed how often this pattern is repeated?

2 (often weeks later): I'm infected with #, but I'll be fine.
3: (Person is hospitalized. Sometimes a socnet post or two by a relative will indicate how ill the person is.)
4 (also often weeks later): Please donate to the GoFundMe for the family of so and so, who died of coronavirus.
