This is just a rumor (I am deliberately not following the news on this), but a few people said that there is now an armed "warlord" ruling the Seattle Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone ( # ). Now, it may be that the warlord story is completely false, in which case, the little enclave will likely be consumed with arguments about policies and whom to empower as policy enforcement until they fracture and various factions abandon it within a couple of weeks.
