@guizzy Fortunately, they've kept the 3rd degree charge. I don't know if there's "aiding and abetting" for 3rd degree murder / manslaughter, but they really should have filed a fallback charge for the others also. "Dereliction of duty" maybe? They could argue that the other cops had a duty to stop it, and by not doing so, they violated the trust of their positions.

That one is even more important, IMO, because it could set a precedent that could lead to cops preventing other cops from "playing Rambo" on the job.
