In #1997, I was taking some classes at a state university. The large computer lab on campus had one side with old Macs and the other side with old Win95 machines. I discovered that the Macs were a lot quicker for most tasks, even browsing the Web. I started staying late after class ended at 22:00. One time, I was just leaving the lab when the cleaning crew showed up at 03:00. Then came the drive home.
