@amic I'm often amazed at just how clueless managers are. How can someone work in a retail company and not know that employees in the stores live paycheck to paycheck?

Last year, the head of $EMPLOYER came to the office and spoke to the employees. He said he did not understand why so much of our field workforce has such a negative view of the agency. I was shocked and dismayed to see this, because that means it can never get any better.
