@moonman There is a resurgence of anti-anything-that-is-not-masto-approved sentiment. I saw a convo where an app developer claimed Pleroma was evil because the format of an ID string or something differ's from what Mastodon uses. And that they are free riders because they use the Mastodon client-server API.

I mean, really? Come on. You don't have to like Project X or Server Y or User Z, but at least take the time to come up with a real reason.
