@moonman @augustus Essentially, if you're acting as someone else's financial agent, you have a legal responsibility to put their interests before your own. So if you start XYZ corporation and Moon invests $1000 in it, you cannot use your insider knowledge to buy more stock before good news is publicly announced, or to sell stock before bad news is publicly announced. Otherwise, Moon as a part-owner is at a disadvantage because you as an insider will always have a better view of the company's condition.
