The $EMPLOYER propaganda weekly must have had something about requiring us to complete a certain online training class by a specified date. Two TechTeam members (who really ought to know better) just e-mailed their completion certs to the entire field IT mailing list instead of the people in HQ who actually file the paperwork.

And, yes, these are two people I worked with in Baton Rouge and I know they know better.
