That's true. It's like cloud stuff.

As a federal employee, they were always paranoid about cloud, so I got no at-work exposure. So now, despite not having any real need for it, I'm going to build something for Amazon-compatible hosting and maybe something for Google cloud as well, just so I can add it to my resume.

(Surprisingly, one of the agency's recently contracted systems is hosted on MSFT Azure, despite the ongoing "don't allow agency data to touch any cloud-hosting" dictates.)
