No, they moved on to their own phone with a different carrier. No, I don't have someone else in the family that can use the phone. No, I don't want to upgrade to an iPhone 11. No, I don't want to set them up with their own $CELL_COMPANY contract. No, I don't want to keep the service for a few more months.

Mind you, there was about a two minute thinking period while I was put on hold between each of these retention attempts. Finally, the service is cancelled, and as soon as the phone arrives here, I can send it back to $CELL_COMPANY.
