Annoyed.

First of all because the vendor that shipped the wrong server (some sort of Citrix box instead of the Dell PowerEdge 2950 Gen III I ordered) *wants me to pay* to ship it back. They already got $34.49 for shipping. Since it was their mistake, they should eat the return shipping cost.

Secondly, it feels like they're dragging their feet. Why didn't they respond to my first inquiry and work out an exchange? Now, once they finally get the returned server, I have to re-order (this time, from another vendor).
