The /statistics.json and /friendica.json stuff are probably remote sites assuming (or wanting to check) whether certain pages exist. I guess friendi[ck]a.json is something available on # nodes and /statistics.json I don't know.

But there's nothing you can do about it in !GNUsocial except maybe make a plugin that responds to those URLs without logging about it...
