@lnxw48 @mv @lrockhq I was thinking perhaps we would change the “E” in NEF to Entertainment. If I was starting from scratch, I’d probably want to go with “Free Culture Media” as the name of the organization, but I think there are too many references to !NEF at this point to change the initials.

I think “Entertainment” is a bit misleading, since we are currently open to all producers of free culture, but I think it gives people a better idea of what we do than Empowerment. Given our current roster, Entertainment seems a better name than Education.

If we shortened it to NEtizen Federation, I don’t know that we are really getting at production. It does match the URL though.
