I've managed mail systems with tens of thousands of mailboxes, but this one has been giving me a low-level (but sustained level) of grief for years. I suppose that's because a) I feel like I can get a round tuit any time; b) I never get a round tuit any time; c) the 25,000 mailbox servers get 24/7 vendor support but the SOBAC server gets support when I get a round tuit (see b); d) I get paid to fix the 25,000 mailbox servers but the SOBAC server gets fixed when I get a round tuit. #
