I actually meant that if one _wants_ to be understood even after automatic translation, she or he _can_ write simple and correct enough phrases, which will be translated correctly by automatic tools. I see this when I use Google Translate on my Android devices or when I use https://crowdin.com/project/andstatus to translate applications with a help of its tools (including Microsoft Translator)
