A call to translators. Existing and new.
As we planned in https://github.com/andstatus/andstatus/issues/229 User Guide is moved to a separate file,
which may be translated and updated one paragraph at a time.

Unfortunately, your old translations of the User manual are not preserved, so you will have to copy-paste them from old large
"strings" sentence by sentence.
Please find your old translations in the "values-yourlanguage" folders, "strings.txt" files here: https://github.com/andstatus/andstatus/tree/979f17ba7bf2874d72958e52c7e01bcef73ae63f/app/res - these old translations may be used to speed up your work...

PS: Russian and Japanese translations are done already.
