First of all because the vendor that shipped the wrong server (some sort of Citrix box instead of the Dell PowerEdge 2950 Gen III I ordered) *wants me to pay* to ship it back. They already got $34.49 for shipping. Since it was their mistake, they should eat the return shipping cost.  Secondly, it feels like they're dragging their feet.
