   not a criticism, but PR is a confusing initialism. To me, it means Personal Record though when patches are involved, it's Pull Request. However, knowing you, I knew it was neither of those. Just a thought.

    there are other options. Sometimes customers just stop responding. We do have a "Customer Unresponsive" option though. 48 hours though is a little silly.

    yeah, the problem is the app is built with maven. The problem is there seems to be no standard way to move an embedded Tomcat app to a standard servlet container (and visa versa)
