   @bob by the way, so that I don't have a bunch of spam signups, I am running the gitlab instance as invite-only, but if you'd like an account all I need is an email addy for gitlab to send the credentials to.  I don't mind people using it at all, I just don't have time to constantly be fighting spam so that's my approach to it.

    @doze49 The thing with Sunless Sea is its very polar in difficulty, I find.  Like if you get the upgrades you just spank everything, even the big bad named enemies.  But when you first start out even a flock of cave bats can fuck your shit up.
    
    To me this kind of difficulty is somewhat bad game design.  Any challenge should offer you a legit chance of getting through the first time.
