   A redis layer would probably help as far as caching goes but for server side stuff as is the only improvement would be on single-notice pages which are really kind of an end case.

   @purplehippo This is why the libel laws in the UK don't require intent.  Damage can happen whether you intend it or not.  Granted, the UK laws probably go too far off in the opposite direction, as they're wont to do.

    @takeshitakenji @moonman It depends on what server you go with and what environment its going into but Moon's experience with this is probably more recent than mine since I set up the Artemis server I'm using for testing literally three years ago.

    @purplehippo It wasn't bad for the time at all (quite affordable for what it was actually) but its one of those things that doesn't really have much value in retrospect because it was one of the intermediary stepping stones technology-wise.

    @purplehippo @takeshitakenji I have one (well my dads old one) in storage but unlike the old Commodores it doesn't have a switchmode power supply that can accept 110 or 230v so I'd have to get a transformer plug with a voltage multiplier that gets it up to 230v to make it work here which I never bothered with.
