@verius If I'm not mistaken that's how StatusNet handled it prior to ActivityVerbs (ie a very long time ago indeed) -

@moonoffsite Meanwhile the ones that have been around for ages doing the actual work struggle with "basically no one acknowledges us" syndrome. -

@verius The gitlab is working actually though, kind of. It looks to have migrated fine in terms of the data, but the network adapter doesn't want to work for some reason. So people can't reach it. Working on fixing that. -

@camoceltic They are intentionally made of poor materials and designed with things like heat stake sealing so they are unservicable, so you have to buy a new pair if they develop a fault, rather than just replacing a 29c capacitor or diode somewheres that went sad. -

So the bit of the code where that error is raised is here in lib lib/apiauthaction.php if ($required && $this->auth_user instanceof User) { // By default, basic auth users have rw access $this->access = self::READ_WRITE; } elseif ($required) { $msg = sprintf( "basic auth nickname = %s", $this->auth_user_nickname ); $this->logAuthFailure($msg); // We must present WW… -

@camoceltic In short, this is a common problem with those kind of headphones when they're made out of cheap and flimsy plastics that aren't really all that impact resistant. The ones that are metal and rubber/vinyl avoid this, but they're considerably more expensive. -

@kevie @mcnalu I changed the cipher suite of SSL to mirror the one on the old server, and I'm able to authenticate via Mustard, can you guys tell me if you have any luck with the clients you were using? If not I'll have to dig deeper. -
