   My brother asked me via email for advice when buying a screwdriver. His question was phrased in 6 words and I replied in 307 words (including 1 URL that was counted as 12 words). That's a question-to-answer ratio of about 1:50 - well within normal parameters.

    @solderpunk There's even 4G connectivity there. I don't think I got full bars, but definitely an internet connection. But I don't want to have to rely on wireless technology anyway.
    
    And no, we get very few hours of sunlight during the winter and only on days that there are no clouds or snow of course.

    @solderpunk There's a well on the property already, which is cool. I still probably want a separate water tank - also I need to check how clean that well water is.
    
    Regarding solar power I'm pondering the idea of having solar panels that feed back into the grid (it _is_ electrically connected). It could even generate money that way, as I will likely not use much electricity at all for my MASSIVE SERVER FARM.
