   @lxoliva For this case, I'd guess anything !foss applies as non-commercial as long as the resources per se aren't exchanged for money. (donations to cover running costs are fine, charging money in exchange for services is not)

   @bob I don't think it works quite that way with the power consumption. ;)
   1. !qvitter uses polling (not long-polling)
   2. web browsers tend to require a lot of computing power, compared to desktop/native apps

    @takeshitakenji Yeah IPv6 seems to be the issue here, but only for part of the network (which goes through a certain other ISP). @mikael is on to it :)
