@erkanyilmaz True. Celebration is ok, I just quit counting. I’ll be turning 24 again for the 13th time. ;) -

@erkanyilmaz At this point, some days don’t get celebrated anymore. ;) -

@jk I had moved to different files for apache as well at some point. Makes it much easier to find which domain you’re looking for instead of digging through a giant file. ;) -

@jk I should write a blog post on my nginx setup. Maybe it’ll help some and maybe others can give me pointers. ;) -

@jk Yeah, it’s on Arch. Looking at different documentation it looks like quite afew people still use the apache style ./sites-enabled directories. The ./conf.d directory I created and started dropping my files there instead. -

@jk Yeah. I have each subdomain in a seperate file in /etc/nginx/conf.d/ with a include /etc/nginx/conf.d/*.conf; in my nginx.conf. That way, if I want to disable/enable a subdomain, I just take or add the .conf to the end of the file. -

@chimo Well, a couple of those are proxied so shouldn’t be a problem. How are you finding the nginx configs? -

Also #notetojpope Now that it’s running in https only, you better get a #startssl cert for it or the wife will freak out… -

And it wasn’t until I installed a plugin before the errors pointed to that file. :| -

Hot damn. I’ve tried running the current git version of #etherpad for months now and it wouldn’t work. Removed one comment from rjquery.js and woohoo! :) -

@jk You can do all those in an evening. ;) One thing I did have trouble with was running a few things (owncloud, roundcube) in subdirectories of my top level domain. Had to move them to subdomains for them to work correctly. -

@chimo Right on. I tried to only keep the links that actually helped me. A few of those are quite good. Especially the htaccess converter. -

I like how well the .htaccess for !gnufm converts over to nginx. -

@jk Only 10? I had over twenty subdomains. Did it the same way @chimo is, hammering through. ;) There are quite a few examples for different things here that help quite a bit. -

@chimo I’ll likely buy it, the tablet interface is quite nice on the most recent versions. http://micro.jpope.org/attachment/77828
